Vladimir was born in Slovakia 1976. He got a classical education in piano performance, chamber music, conducting and composition. As a pianist he won a lot of competitions, and played a lot of concerts in Europe and the USA. As a soloist he had performances with well-known orchestras like Raleigh Symphony, Puerto Rico Orchestra, Slovak Sinfonietta, NCSA Symphony and others.  In 1999 he founded his own chamber music festival. In 2001 he recorded Shostakovich´s piano concerto no. 1

He has been active in film music since 2002. In the USA he took part in New York Filmmusic Institute orchestration seminar with Scott Smaley (the orchestrator of D. Elfman, B.Poledouris, A.Silvestri) and attended classes in Berklee college of music in Boston in the Pro Art exchange program. Then he entered a two and half year degree program at Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg. He studied filmmusic and multimedia composition, orchestration, jazz, music dramaturgy, music production and technology under supervising of: Matthias Raue, prof. Cong Su (the Oscar winner), Frank Sikora and guest lectors: Niki Reiser and Henning Lohner (Media Ventures - H.Zimmer). During his studies he worked with a lot of professional musicians, studios and orchestras like: German filmorchestra Babelsberg, German pops orchestra, Bauer Studios and others.

These days he has started his own studio services in Slovakia and is the manager of Filmorchestra Zilina.
